Generally it takes 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) for processing your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays. Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery, depending on your location.

5. Our Delivery Partner
We partner with UPS to provide reliable and secure delivery across the United States. The courier will inform you of the delivery time in advance, so please make sure someone is home.
6. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
7. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on effivac.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.
8. Order Cancellation
Pre Shipping Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service immediately.Refunds will be made to the original payment account, Please note that it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your card issuer and typically takes 10 days.
Post Shipping Cancellation: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You must return the product after receiving it following the return process described above, and be subject to applicable return conditions and fees.
