This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds for items bought on our website.

1. Timeframe for Returns:

You must notify us of your intention to return a product within 30 days of receiving it.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

We only accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances, provided sufficient evidence (e.g., photos, videos):

The product arrived damaged, broken, or defective (e.g., missing parts).

The received product does not match the order description (e.g., wrong color).

Manufacturing defects discovered within the 30-day return period (e.g., the product cannot be used when plugged in).

3. Conditions for Returns: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation).

Note:Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.  

4. Return and Exchange Process

If there are any quality issues with the product or if we send the wrong item, we will provide a return and exchange service.

Return Process:

Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via the official designated email, providing your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product's current condition (specifically required for damaged or incorrect items). If requesting an exchange, clearly state the size or model of the same-category product you wish to exchange for.

Review & Guidance: Our customer service will complete the review within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, we will provide the return address, return shipping label (if applicable), and subsequent operation guidelines.

Ship the Item: Properly package the item as instructed and ship it to the designated return address to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

Inspection & Processing: After receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. Once confirmed eligible, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.

Exchange Process:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different vacuum cleaner models, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Your original item must be returned first before we can process the exchange.

5. Return Charges 

No additional handling fee for returns.

If the return is due to an issue on our end, such as incorrect items or quality problems, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. 

However, if the return is initiated by the buyer for reasons such as personal preference or ordering the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Refund Process:

Refunds will be made to the original payment account, Please note that it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your card issuer and typically takes 10 days.

7. Cancellation:

Pre Shipping Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service immediately. Refunds will be made to the original payment account within 10 days.

Post Shipping Cancellation: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You must return the product after receiving it following the return process described above, and be subject to applicable return conditions and fees.
